Job Description
Education Support Specialist We are seeking a dedicated Education Support Specialist (ESS) to join our team! The ESS works under the direct supervision of the school to which they are assigned, providing individualized and small-group support to help students succeed academically.
What You'll Do:
Work with students individually or in small groups to support classroom assignments and strengthen academic skills Follow guidance from school administrators and classroom teachers, while also developing your own interventions based on student needs Coordinate closely with school staff, offering feedback on services provided and participating in meetings as requested Serve as a substitute teacher when needed, primarily at your assigned school, with occasional flexibility to support other schools within our organization Take on additional duties as assigned by the school administrator to help meet the evolving needs of our students throughout the school yearWhat We're Looking For:
