CapoKids is a play based program that follow VPK Standards. We have received a High class score at all 3 locations, Program is for children 3-5 years old ```Duties```

• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children.
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
• Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities.
• Use a variety of teaching methods to engage children in learning, including hands-on activities, group discussions, and individual instruction.
• Assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones.
• Clean driving record ```Experience```
• FCCPC or CDA not required for Assistant Teachers
• 45 DCF hours
• Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom or daycare setting.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff.
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Proficiency in math concepts relevant to preschool education.
