About us CapoKids Preschool The intention of CapoKids Preschool is to give children a love for learning that will last them a lifetime. Children are given the opportunity to create, explore and grow through rich experiences. Come Join our team! At CapoKids we are a dedicated team with 3 locations to meet families needs. CapoKids is a play based program that follow VPK Standards. We have received a High class score at all 3 locations, Program is for children 3-5 years old ```Duties```
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities.
- Use a variety of teaching methods to engage children in learning, including hands-on activities, group discussions, and individual instruction.
- Assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones.
- Clean driving record ```Experience```
- FCCPC or CDA not required for Assistant Teachers
- 45 DCF hours
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom or daycare setting.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Proficiency in math concepts relevant to preschool education.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:
$17.00- $19.
