Job Description
Endeavor Schools is seeking an Assistant Wobblers Teacher to support a warm, child-centered classroom for toddlers. In this role, you'll help create a safe, nurturing space while assisting with daily routines, caregiving, and engaging, age-appropriate learning activities. You'll collaborate closely with the lead teacher and school team, support children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth, and maintain high standards of health and safety. Responsibilities Support lead teacher in caring for toddlers in the wobblers age group, ensuring a safe, nurturing environment Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate lessons and activities that support whole-child development Supervise children during classroom, meals, and outdoor play while maintaining health and safety standards Communicate positively with children, families, and colleagues to build trusting relationships Observe and document children's progress and share insights with the teaching team Help maintain organized, clean, and engaging classroom spaces and learning materials Follow school policies, licensing regulations, and health and safety procedures Participate in professional development and collaborate with team members on continuous improvement Required Skills Early childhood classroom support Child supervision Lesson and activity implementation Health, safety, and hygiene practices Behavior guidance for toddlers Parent and family communication Observation and child documentation Collaboration with teaching teams Basic first aid and CPRClassroom organization
