The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. This role involves creating engaging lesson plans that promote literacy, math skills, and overall childhood development while ensuring the emotional and social growth of each child. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and social interaction. Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a conducive learning atmosphere. Assess and monitor the progress of each child, providing feedback to parents and guardians. Collaborate with other educators to enhance curriculum development and teaching strategies. Provide individualized support for children with special needs or disabilities, including those on the autism spectrum. Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities. Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during classroom activities and transitions. Skills Strong foundation in early childhood education principles. Proficiency in lesson planning, literacy education, math concepts, and behavior management. Experience working with children in various settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools. Knowledge of childhood development milestones and effective classroom management techniques. Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues. Familiarity with Montessori methods or other educational frameworks is a plus. Ability to create inclusive environments for children with disabilities or special needs. Experience in toddler care and working directly with students to support their learning journey.
