Responsibilities Supervise and care for infants, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being at all times Implement age-appropriate activities that promote developmental milestones in areas such as motor skills, language, and social-emotional growth Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, needs, and daily experiences Follow all health and safety protocols, including pediatric first aid and CPR procedures when necessary Assist with diapering, feeding, nap times, and other routine infant care tasks with compassion and professionalism Support classroom management by fostering positive behavior and encouraging social interactions among children Qualifications Prior experience working with infants or in early childhood education settings such as daycare centers or preschools Knowledge of childhood development principles and age-specific caregiving techniques Certification in first aid, CPR (including pediatric first aid), and mandated reporting laws preferred Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, team members, and children Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus Ability to manage classroom activities with patience, flexibility, and enthusiasm Familiarity with behavior management strategies suitable for infants and toddlers Join us in creating a warm, safe, and enriching environment where our youngest learners can thrive!
