In this role, you will work closely with lead teachers, special education professionals, and other staff members to create a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment. Your energetic approach will help foster positive behaviors, facilitate individualized instruction, and ensure every student receives the support they need to succeed. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young learners' lives while gaining valuable experience in education. Duties Assist lead teachers in implementing lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, including literacy, math, and social-emotional learning. Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and implementing behavior management strategies tailored to individual student needs. Support early childhood education principles, including preschool methodologies, to promote holistic childhood development. Handle confidential information responsibly while maintaining a safe and supportive environment for all students. Experience Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings, especially in special education or private school environments. Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development theories and practices relevant to preschool through early elementary levels. Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies for students with special needs. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, therapists, parents, and other team members 45hours in childcare training english knows how to use a computure.
