Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. This role involves developing and implementing engaging curricula that promote literacy, math, and social skills while ensuring the well-being of each child. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages children's social, emotional, and cognitive development. Utilize effective behavior management strategies to maintain a conducive learning atmosphere. Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student development and classroom activities. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and share best practices in teaching methodologies. Provide care for toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the school day. Support children with special needs through early intervention strategies and individualized lesson planning. Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with educational trends and practices. Qualifications Minimum High School Diploma / GED Experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom or daycare setting is essential. Knowledge of childhood development principles, including literacy education, math concepts, and behavior management techniques. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff members. Ability to plan lessons that incorporate physical education activities alongside traditional learning objectives. Experience with standardized testing and tutoring is beneficial but not required. A genuine passion for teaching and commitment to child welfare is essential for success in this role.
