Job Description
Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Teacher to support instruction and help create a positive, nurturing learning environment. You will work closely with students, assist instructors, and contribute to daily center operations. Duties Support students in mastering curriculum goals Reinforce lessons through close student interaction Assist with grading, data entry, and administrative tasks Help with lesson planning and assessments Provide constructive feedback Maintain confidentiality and support a safe learning environment Key Qualifications HS Diploma or current HS student (AP courses preferred); Early Education coursework is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Solid basic math and reading skills Prior teaching or Kumon experience (as a student or employee) is a plus Join us in creating a supportive, inspiring space where every child can grow and thrive.
