Category Schools - Paraprofessional Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Paraprofessional working closely with a 3rd grade student in a supportive school environment. Key Qualifications & Experience:
Previous experience as a Paraprofessional or classroom aide strongly preferred Ability to establish rapport and build trust with elementary-aged students Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) or experience supporting special education needs a plus Patient, adaptable, and dependable with strong communication skills Capable of following teacher and school directives while maintaining confidentiality Must meet any state or school district required credentials for paraprofessionalsPrimary Responsibilities:
