Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. This role involves educating and caring for preschool-aged children, promoting their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through engaging activities and structured learning experiences. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Educate students in foundational skills including math, literacy, and social skills through hands-on activities. Manage classroom behavior effectively to promote a positive learning atmosphere. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to discuss student progress and address any concerns. Maintain accurate records of student progress and development. Provide individualized support for children with special education needs as required. Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their emotional growth and self-esteem. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Experience working with young children in a childcare or preschool setting is essential. Knowledge of behavior management techniques and classroom management strategies. Familiarity with special education practices is a plus. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues. Ability to create an inclusive environment that respects diverse backgrounds and abilities.
