Kids 4 Kompany is seeking a dependable, caring, and qualified Pre-K Assistant Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with young children, be committed to creating a positive classroom environment, and work well as part of a teaching team. Position Responsibilities The Pre-K Assistant Teacher will: Assist the lead Pre-K teacher with daily classroom activities and instruction. Help provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Assist with implementing age-appropriate learning activities and lesson plans. Supervise children at all times and maintain appropriate classroom safety. Assist with classroom organization, cleaning, and maintaining a developmentally appropriate environment. Communicate professionally and respectfully with children, families, and coworkers. Follow all center policies, procedures, and applicable early childhood education requirements. Assist with meals, transitions, outdoor activities, and daily classroom routines. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working with children and staff.
Qualifications Required:
Minimum of an Associate's Degree (2-year degree) from an accredited college or university. Experience working with young children is preferred. Must be dependable, responsible, patient, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Must meet applicable requirements for working in a Georgia childcare/Pre-K program.
Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree (4-year degree) preferred. Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Development, or a related field is strongly preferred. Previous experience working in a Pre-K or early childhood classroom is a plus.

Candidates who do not have a minimum of an Associate's Degree will not be considered for this position. Work Schedule Monday-Friday 7:30 AM-3:30 PM This is a full-time position, and reliable attendance and punctuality are essential. Compensation $16.00-$17.68 per hour , based on education, qualifications, and experience.
