Nurture a child's first five years by: Supporting the Lead Teacher in creating a fun, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment Building positive relationships with children and helping them develop confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning Assisting with classroom activities, lessons, and daily routines that encourage social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development Providing attentive care and supervision while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe classroom Encouraging positive behavior and helping children develop age-appropriate social and emotional skills Communicating respectfully and professionally with children, families, teachers, and school leadership Following Primrose Schools' health, safety, and educational guidelines and maintaining a high standard of care Working collaboratively with the Lead Teacher and school team to create a positive experience for every child Ready to Make a Difference?
