Open Roles Whether you are an experienced educator or launching your career in early childhood care, we have a place for you: Lead Teachers | Classroom Visionaries Lead engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum that fosters curiosity, social skills, and growth. Establish a joyful, structured classroom environment. Mentor Assistant Teachers and maintain strong, communicative partnerships with parents. Assistant Teachers | The Heart & Energy Partner directly with Lead Teachers to maintain a fun, active, and safe learning environment. Guide children through hands-on crafts, story time, daily routines, and play. Ensure every child feels seen, valued, and encouraged. Support Staff | All-Star Team Players Provide essential float and operational support across classrooms to ensure smooth transitions. Assist with outdoor play, meal times, activity setups, and coverage. Bring energy, flexibility, and strong teamwork to all age groups.
What You'll Do Day-to-Day Spark Curiosity & Joy:
Guide children through singing, creative art, storytelling, sensory play, and foundational milestone achievements.
Nurture & Protect:
Maintain a clean, healthy, and safe classroom compliant with state (DECAL) guidelines.
Build Relationships:
Foster strong bonds with children, provide daily updates to parents, and collaborate closely with your fellow teachers.
Develop Professionally:
Engage in ongoing workshops, staff development days, and career pathing.
Qualifications & Requirements Minimum Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older. High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Ability to pass a comprehensive background check (GaPDS / DECAL clearance). Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and actively engage with young children throughout the day. Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points!): Active CDA, TCC, or degree in Early Childhood Education / Child Development. Prior experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting.
