The ideal candidate will play a vital role in delivering high-quality educational experiences. This position is perfect for individuals passionate about education, particularly in the fields of primary care and public health. The Medical Assistant Instructor will engage with students, facilitate learning, and contribute to a positive educational environment. Responsibilities Act as an instructor in preparing and delivering course materials using learning technologies. Educate students on key topics related to entry level primary care. Supervise student activities and provide guidance during practical sessions, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment. Support the development of course content that incorporates current trends in healthcare knowledge. Facilitate discussions and group activities to enhance student engagement and understanding of complex subjects. Provide feedback on student performance and assist in evaluating their progress throughout the course. Requirements Strong background in primary care or specialty services as an RN, LPN, or Certified Medical Assistant. Knowledge of healthcare systems and front office.
