Clinical Director GreenLee Behavioral Health Services (GBHS) is a community-based core agency. We provide an array of mental/behavioral health services to help a diverse population of children, adolescents, adults, and their families. Our mission is to provide comprehensive mental healthcare by ensuring that quality, compassionate, and ethical practices are rendered.
Key Functions:
The primary role of the paraprofessional is to provide skill building techniques to individuals who suffer from mental/behavioral deficits as well as offer resource linkages to enhance individual's growth and overall whole health.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide psycho-social rehabilitation, case management, addictive disease support, family skills training, and community support.
  • Provide community linkage resources/referrals to individuals that promote overall growth and development.
  • Collaborate with assigned therapist on caseload regarding identified goals to support development of individualized recovery plan (IRP).
  • Complete documentation training to ensure understanding of services rendered.
  • Participate in monthly mandatory supervision meetings.
  • Complete Annual Agency Training (CPR, CPI, ShareNote, etc.).
  • Provide referral recommendations based on individual(s) needs.
Traveling Required Candidate Requirements:
  • Preferred Minimum Bachelors Degree in
Psychology/Counseling/Social Work/Human Services AND/OR Field Experience/Associates Degree Benefits:
