Job Overview Our school is seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to support classroom instruction, student learning, and daily school operations. Responsibilities Student Support — Provide academic, behavioral, and social‑emotional assistance to students individually and in small groups. Instructional Assistance — Reinforce lessons under the direction of the classroom teacher; help prepare instructional materials. Classroom Management — Support routines, transitions, and positive behavior expectations. Supervision — Monitor students during arrival, dismissal, lunch, recess, and other non‑instructional periods. Documentation — Maintain confidentiality and assist with data collection related to student progress. Collaboration — Work closely with teachers, administrators, and support staff to meet student needs. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow teacher and administrative guidance Commitment to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment
