Maintain clear communication with parents and guardians regarding children's progress, behaviors, and developmental milestones. Collaborate closely with the Lead Teachers and educational staff to share best practices, plan joint activities, and ensure consistency in classroom management. Assist in classroom organization, including managing instructional materials and ensuring a safe, clean learning environment. Use technical proficiency to incorporate educational technology tools that enhance lesson delivery and student engagement. Experience Prior experience working with young children in early childhood education settings such as daycare centers, preschools, or private schools. Demonstrated classroom management skills combined with experience in behavior management techniques suitable for preschool-aged children. Knowledge of childhood development principles, including experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs such as autism. Experience in lesson planning for literacy education, math instruction, and preschool teaching methodologies like Montessori or other early childhood frameworks. Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team of educators while maintaining strong communication skills. Familiarity with classroom experience involving toddlers or preschoolers in diverse settings such as daycare or private school environments. Technical skills related to educational support tools and classroom management software are preferred to enhance instructional delivery.
