We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team. As an after-school teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the minds of our elementary-age students and providing them with a structured after-school environment. Duties:

• Follow through with the planned activities
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop a structured and fun environment
• Implement effective classroom management strategies
• Utilize various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
• Provide individualized support to students with special needs or difficulties
• Foster a love for learning through creative and interactive activities
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding students day

Skills:

• Experience working with children in a classroom or daycare setting
• Ability to effectively manage a classroom and maintain discipline
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

When summer starts, we can adjust schedules and full time hours will also be available. Full-time employees do qualify for benefits. These options will be discussed at the time of the interview.
