Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM (1-hour lunch; some flexibility possible)

Team Culture:
Monthly celebrations, holiday events, and staff appreciation. Responsibilities Support the Lead Teacher in creating a fun, safe, faith-based learning environment. Help plan and lead daily activities that nurture each child's spiritual, emotional, social, and physical growth. Maintain a neat, organized classroom that welcomes both children and parents. Supervise children during meals, naps, and playtime with care and attentiveness. Use positive guidance methods consistent with center policy and biblical values. Communicate effectively with team members and parents. Follow all licensing, safety, and emergency procedures. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and development days.
Job Skills and Qualifications Qualifications Required:
Ability to pass background checks and meet DHS requirements Physical ability to lift or assist children (up to 50 lbs) and engage in active play Demonstrated Christian faith and active participation in a local Bible-believing church Ability to supervise and interact daily with children outdoors for extended periods in varied weather conditions.
Preferred:
High school diploma or equivalent Experience working in a childcare, preschool, or early education setting Coursework or certification in Early Childhood Education The duties and responsibilities described are not a comprehensive list and additional activities, duties, or responsibilities may be assigned.
