Kindergarten Classroom Aide

Job Summary Donnelly Elementary School is seeking a dedicated Kindergarten Classroom Aide to support the educational and behavioral needs of students in a school setting. The ideal candidate will assist the kindergarten teacher in implementing lesson plans and providing individualized attention to students. Duties Collaborate with teacher to support classroom activities and lesson planning Provide one-on-one or small group instruction to students as directed by the teacher

• Support literacy education and childhood development initiatives Help supervise arrival, dismissal, and recess time Help educate students on social skills and positive behavior reinforcement.

Experience High School diploma required; college and or related experiences preferred; background with reading, writing, and math instruction preferred; work with at-risk populations preferred; guest teachers or substitutes with elementary experience preferred.
