Job Description

Qualifications Ability to follow directions, take initiative, and support the Lead Teacher in creating a positive classroom environment. At least 18 years of age Minimum high school diploma or equivalent Must have a cleared enhanced background check and Pediatric CPR and First Aid Certificate Compliance with all state education and licensing standards and maintain validation of credentials for the position Warm, patient, and dependable, with a passion for early childhood education. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Responsibilities Support the Lead Teacher in implementing daily lessons, activities, and routines. Assist with small group instruction, reinforcing skills in early literacy, math, and social-emotional development. Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom. Build positive, supportive relationships with students, families, and staff. Supervise children during classroom activities, outdoor play, and transitions.
