Special Education Paraprofessional / 1:1 Student Support Hailey, Idaho$23-$30/hourMonday-Friday | School-Day Schedule | 2026-2027 School Year Looking for a meaningful job where you can make a real difference for one student? Connect Therapy Staffing is hiring a Special Education Paraprofessional / 1:1 Student Support Professional to work with students in a school setting in the Hailey area. This is a great opportunity for someone who is patient, dependable, enjoys working with kids, and wants a consistent daytime schedule with evenings, weekends, and school breaks off. What You'll Do You'll work closely with one or more students throughout the school day and help them be successful in the classroom and school environment.
Your day may include:
Providing 1:1 support during classes and school activities Helping with routines, transitions, organization, and academic tasks Encouraging communication, independence, and positive social skills Supporting strategies developed by the student's educational team Working alongside teachers, special education staff, and therapists Helping create a positive, supportive school experience for the student What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is reliable, encouraging, and comfortable building a strong working relationship with a student.
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent Ability to meet Idaho paraprofessional requirements through one of the following: Associate degree or higher Two years of qualifying college/postsecondary coursework Completion of an approved paraprofessional assessment Preferred, but not required: Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities Experience in a school, special education, childcare, behavioral support, healthcare, coaching, or similar setting If you enjoy working with kids but don't have formal school experience, we still encourage you to apply.
