Duties Provide attentive supervision and care for infants, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Implement age-appropriate activities that promote developmental milestones in areas such as motor skills, language, and social-emotional growth Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, needs, and daily experiences to foster strong partnerships Follow all health and safety protocols, including pediatric first aid and CPR procedures, to ensure a secure environment Support individualized care plans for children with special needs or disabilities, collaborating with specialists when necessary Assist with diapering, feeding, nap times, and other routine caregiving tasks to meet each infant's unique needs Requirements Prior experience working with infants or in early childhood education settings such as daycare centers or preschools Knowledge of childhood development principles and age-specific caregiving techniques Familiarity with mandated reporting laws related to child abuse and neglect Strong classroom management skills with the ability to nurture positive behavior and social skills in young children Excellent communication skills for engaging with parents, colleagues, and children effectively Experience working with children with disabilities or special education needs is a plus Passion for early childhood education, caregiving, and creating a warm environment where every child feels valued This position is fully paid and offers an inspiring environment where your dedication helps shape the earliest stages of children's lives.
