Job Description

Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teachers and Assistants to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of preschool-aged children, especially infants and toddler aged. The Teacher will work closely with students, parents, and staff to ensure a positive learning experience for all. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment for all students. Provide care for infants and toddlers, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met. Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement strategies. Assess and document children's progress in accordance with developmental milestones. Collaborate with parents to discuss children's development and address any concerns. Support children with disabilities by adapting activities to meet their individual needs. Create a variety of learning experiences that promote curiosity, exploration, and creativity. Requirements Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred but not required. Experience working in a preschool or daycare setting is highly desirable. Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques. Ability to provide care for infants and toddlers, including diapering and feeding as needed. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues. Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young children.
