Key Responsibilities Support teachers with classroom instruction and daily learning activities Observe and manage behavior of students according to approved procedures Implement behavior management techniques as instructed by the teacher and/or behavior therapist Supervise and observe assigned student(s) to maintain order among the students in the classroom, on school grounds, and during school outings Assist students with personal care needs as required Supervise students and promote positive behavior in a supportive environment Who We Are Elim is committed to empowering children and adults with developmental disabilities to reach their fullest potential.
