Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Spanish assistant Teacher who can speak English also to inspire young learners (15 months to 3 years) through engaging language instruction. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to introduce children to Mandarin Chinese, develop their language skills, and support their overall development in a nurturing classroom environment. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, creativity, and a passion for teaching diverse young students. Responsibilities Deliver dynamic Spanish lessons tailored to early childhood developmental stages and individual learning styles Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that align with educational standards and school goals Utilize learning technology and LMS (Learning Management Systems) to track student progress and facilitate interactive lessons Adapt instructional methods to meet the needs of students with varying abilities, including those with special education requirements or disabilities Foster a positive classroom atmosphere through effective classroom management and behavior guidance strategies Communicate regularly with parents about student progress, behavior, and language development milestones Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, instructional modifications, and shared best practices

Requirements:

Minimum Associate degree required. Minimum of 1+ years of teaching experience in a Montessori or preschool environment. Strong understanding of children aged 15 months-3 years, with the ability to manage small group lessons, maintain classroom order, and engage effectively with children. Strong safety awareness, attention to detail, organizational and classroom management skills; patient, caring, and service-oriented. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with families and children. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to design and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum. Positive attitude and good physical condition, able to bend, kneel, climb stairs, and lift up to 40 lbs.
