Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that promote literacy, math, physical education, and social-emotional skills in preschool and early childhood settings Lead classroom activities that encourage active learning, creativity, and physical movement tailored to children's developmental stages Support children with special needs through individualized instruction, early intervention strategies, and behavior management techniques Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment aligned with childcare standards and early childhood education best practices Communicate regularly with parents about children's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones to foster strong home-school connections Assist in planning lessons that incorporate childhood development principles and standardized testing when applicable Follow mandated reporting laws to ensure child welfare and safety at all times Requirements Experience working with children in educational or childcare settings, including preschool or toddler care environments Knowledge of curriculum development, classroom management, behavior management, and child development instruction Familiarity with special education practices, early intervention programs, and childhood development theories Certification in first aid and CPR is required; ongoing training in child welfare is preferred Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and engage parents Ability to manage a classroom effectively while fostering a positive learning atmosphere Demonstrated experience teaching physical education or tutoring young children is advantageous Prior experience working in private schools or early childhood education centers is a plus Join us in shaping bright futures!
