Manage the day-to-day classroom operations in the absence of a Teacher I, Teacher II, or Teacher III. Conduct community recruitment for the program. Ensure active supervision and safety of children at all times. Maintain and rotate classroom materials and supplies. Collaborate with staff and parents to develop individualized goals for children. Maintain comprehensive assessment portfolios for each child. Participate in weekly planning meetings and implement

in collaboration with the teacher. Conduct home visits and parent-teacher conferences in collaboration with the teacher. Provide social and emotional support, and implement curriculum with intentional teaching experiences. Other duties as assigned within the guidelines of this position.
