Help with classroom organization, materials preparation, and maintaining a safe and clean learning environment Collaborate closely with teachers,, therapists, and parents to develop and implement effective strategies for student success Skills Knowledge of classroom management practices Excellent communication skills, documenting student progress, and engaging effectively with students, colleagues, and families Ability to develop lesson plans tailored to diverse learning needs while supporting curriculum development efforts Proficiency in basic math skills and literacy education methods suitable for early learners Experience working with students on IEPs, behavior support plans, and classroom support strategies in private or public school settings Compassionate approach to childcare and toddler care responsibilities within Montessori or preschool contexts Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times Join us in empowering young learners by providing essential support that nurtures their potential.
