Join our dedicated team at Primrose School of Naperville Crossings as an Assistant Teacher in the Infant Classroom! This role offers an exciting opportunity to nurture and inspire our youngest learners in a warm and supportive environment. The hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM. (More hours available if desired.)Responsibilities:
Assist lead teacher in implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum for infants. Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for infants. Support daily activities, including feeding, diapering, and playtime. Observe and document children's development and behavior. Build strong relationships with children and their families. Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality care and education. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; CDA or early childhood education degree preferred. Experience working with infants or in a childcare setting is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for early childhood education and child development. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Background check and health screenings required. Positive attitude and a nurturing demeanor.About Us:
