Full Job Description About Us:

Triple R Child Care is dedicated to providing high-quality early childhood education and care in a nurturing and supportive environment. We believe in fostering the growth and development of young minds through engaging activities and personalized attention. We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Teacher Assistants. As a Teacher Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our lead teachers in providing a safe, educational, and fun environment for children to learn and grow.

Responsibilities:

Assist lead teachers in implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities. Supervise and engage with children in various educational and play activities. Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Follow all health and safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience working with children preferred. Caring, flexible, hardworking, diligent, creative, and fun-loving attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
