Job Description

South Eastern Special Education has a vacancy for the following position: Paraprofessional This vacancy is for the 2026-2027 school year in a Self-Contained Classroom in Clay, Crawford, Lawrence, or Richland Counties. Applicants must have a valid Illinois paraprofessional license or be willing to obtain a license. Pay is determined by the Collective Bargaining Agreement, beginning at $18.80/Hour, based on experience. This position assists the classroom teacher in preparing students for success in school whether they continue on to attend college or in the workforce in a competitive global economy.
