Overview West Suburban Montessori School is seeking a warm, patient, and dependable Spanish-speaking Classroom Assistant to join our team. This full-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young children, values collaboration, and is interested in learning about the Montessori approach to education. The Classroom Assistant works closely with the lead teacher and fellow assistants to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children ages 3-6.

Responsibilities include:

Supervising children in the classroom and on the playground Assisting with rest time Helping maintain a clean, organized, and peaceful classroom environment Supporting the lead teacher with daily classroom activities and routines Working collaboratively as part of a teaching team while also taking initiative independently

Position Details Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:15 a.m.-3:15 p.m.
