Assigned reading specialists/building principalPERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provide academic support and implement interventions for small groups of students, under the direct supervision of the classroom teacher. 2. Assist teacher with supervision of students. 3. Assists with monitoring students during arrival and dismissal, recess, lunch, and otherwise as needed. 4. Assists with the individual needs of students under the direction of the teacher and/or principal. 5. Adjusts daily schedule in the best interest of students as communicated by the teacher and/or principal. 6. Demonstrates cooperation, courtesy and willingness to improve conditions and situations involving staff, parents and students. 7. Attends work regularly, dresses appropriately, is conscious of responsibilities, maintains confidentiality, and conducts tasks with integrity 8. Performs other duties as assigned by the building principal and/or teacher.TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
Nine month contract.EVALUATION
Performance of this job will be evaluated annually.COMPENSATION
