Oswego East High School Oswego Community Unit School District 308 is currently recruiting exceptional candidates for the position of Assistant Principal for Special Education at Oswego East High School. Qualified candidates will have a valid Illinois Professional Educator License with a General Administrative Endorsement or Director of Special Education endorsement and school social worker, Speech Pathologist or Learning Behavior Specialist (LBS1) Endorsement; proven commitment to student academic, social and emotional growth; ability to work collaboratively and effectively with students, staff and community; expertise in special education laws, procedures and writing legally defensible IEPs and strong communication, organizational and time management skills.
COMPENSATION
: The recommended candidate for this position will receive a regionally competitive salary range of $108,000-$115,000 depending on educational background and experience.
