As an Instructional Assistant, you'll be required to: Assist in implementation of Individual Service Plans and program activities Assist individuals with personal care needs Transport participants safely to and from services utilizing agency vehicles It's fulfilling work that makes an immediate difference in lives. To help our participants, you will be provided training and instruction on behavior management, communication techniques and assistive technology.
