Paraprofessional

In this role, you will work closely with teachers to implement lesson plans, assist with classroom management, assist students with learning material, and foster an inclusive atmosphere that promotes learning for all children. Responsibilities Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons aligned with curriculum standards across subjects such as literacy education, math, and science. Provide individualized attention to students, working with them on literacy skills, numeracy, and social-emotional growth. Communicate regularly with teachers about student progress and behavior to foster a collaborative approach to learning. Experience Previous classroom experience working with children in school environments is highly preferred. Familiarity with special education practices. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with educators, and students. Demonstrated ability to work well with children of diverse backgrounds and needs in a nurturing manner. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Paraprofessional License Successful completion of criminal background check

Pay:

$15.00 - $21.00 per hour
