KinderCare seeks Assistant Teachers to support our Maray Drive learning center, helping create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children. You'll partner with lead teachers to implement age-appropriate activities, supervise children, and support daily routines such as meals and transitions. Assistant Teachers help maintain a welcoming, inclusive classroom, communicate with families and staff, and follow all safety and licensing standards. Responsibilities Support lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate activities and curriculum. Supervise children to ensure safety, well-being, and positive behavior. Assist with daily routines, including meals, toileting, and transitions. Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment. Communicate respectfully with children, families, and staff. Follow health, safety, and licensing guidelines and procedures. Document observations to support children's developmental progress. Participate in training and professional development. Support inclusion and positive social-emotional development. Collaborate with center staff to create a warm, welcoming culture.
