9672041-61107 Job Description Make a difference each day by supporting young learners in a dynamic elementary school environment as a paraprofessional. This full-time contract opportunity offers immediate placement, working closely with K-2nd grade students to provide guidance, encouragement, and individualized assistance. With a manageable caseload of just four students, youll have the chance to make meaningful connections and witness their progress firsthand. Schedule runs Monday through Friday, 7:50am to 3:10pm, allowing for a desirable work-life balance. Youll work in a supportive and collaborative setting with dedicated professionals who share a commitment to fostering academic and social growth.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar educational support role Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with young children Patience, compassion, and adaptability to individual student needs Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other school staff Commitment to upholding a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Primary Responsibilities:
