Responsibilities Provide classroom support by assisting with lesson implementation and classroom management for students with special needs. Support students with disabilities through behavior management techniques, physical assistance, and communication facilitation. Collaborate closely with special education professionals to implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs. Assist in creating a safe, nurturing environment by managing behavioral disorders and supporting students with autism spectrum disorders. Support literacy education, math instruction, and other core subjects while adapting lessons to accommodate diverse learning styles and developmental levels.
