Job Description (High School Diploma Needed) NDSEC is looking for a Special Education Paraprofessional (Teaching Assistant) to join our team. We are looking for a team member who is passionate about providing high-quality services and care to children.
The ideal candidate will:
Have a passion for working with children Have the ability to multi-task and be self-motivated Have the ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently Have strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships quickly and effectively Be able to work both independently and in a team environment. Have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Responsibilities:
The Paraprofessional will be responsible for providing academic and behavioral support to students in our Special Education Program. The Paraprofessional will assist the classroom teacher in implementing the curriculum and supporting student behavior.

Salary:
Competitive hourly wage (Starting at $16.95/hr to $20/hr depending on level of education and experience)
