Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Previous experience in a paraprofessional or classroom support role is preferred Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teachers and staff High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in education is a plus Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Flexibility, adaptability, and a supportive attitude A genuine desire to help students with diverse needs and abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Assist lead teachers in classroom management and instruction Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as directed Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and accommodations Supervise students in classroom, lunchroom, and recreational settings Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful learning atmosphere Support daily classroom operations through organization and preparation
