Job Overview Math & Reading Center of Wheeling is seeking for highly motivated and dedicated individual who works closely and patiently with children, provides positive reinforcement, and instruct children during each class session. Duties

• Work with preschool and elementary school children in developing reading and math skills using Kumon Method.
• Observe students and administer worksheets according to the Kumon Method.
• Prepare student's work and organize student's files.
• Grade student's classwork and homework. Qualifications
• Must be able to work on Monday's, Tuesday's, and Thursday's from 4:30 PM - 8:00 PM.
• Strong Math & Reading skills.
• Must be able to multitask.
• Quick learner and ability to adapt to fast and changing environment.
• Must like working with children.
• Patient, responsible and dependable.

Training will be provided. Candidates must pass a standard background check and be authorized to work in the US.
