Teacher:

Full time Days Responsible for assisting/greeting each child/parent of the assigned group. Communicate well with coworkers and parents. Weekly lesson planning, newsletters, daily activities with your team to enhance the child's development and participate in parent teacher conferences. Responsible for indoor/outdoor activities. Responsible for the welfare, health, and safety of the children. Responsible for diaper changing, potty training for the infants and toddler age group when assigned to his age group, supervision, mealtime and other basic needs depending on age of child. Responsible for following HHC policy in using verbal redirection as a result of conflicts. This is very important with the older children to teach how to use words to resolve conflicts and to problem solve. Patience with the toddler age group. Aid in the development of the child is an aspect of our anti-bias curriculum. Ensure the use of Universal Precautions at all times.
