Job Description:
Plans, implements, supervises and evaluates all programs and activities for the Before School & After School Program.
KEY ROLES
(Essential Job Responsibilities) Prepare Youth for Success Safely sign members in and out of the facility Supervise groups of up to 25 youth Implement quality programs that promote safety of members Engage members with scheduled daily activities Provide guidance and role modeling to members Manage program areas Ensure members safely get on and off the bus Ensure a healthy, clean, and safe environment
Job Type:
Part-time Pay:
$13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
  • 6:00-8:30 AM & 3:00-6:00
PM Experience:
  • High school diploma
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and implementing programs.
  • Knowledge of youth development
  • Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior problems
  • Ability to plan and implement quality education programs for youth
  • Ability to organize and supervise members in a safe environment
  • Complete required trainings as specified in the Employee Handbook
Valid State Drivers License Relationships :
Internal :
Maintain daily communication with Before School Coordinator, Unit Director and Club members to receive/provide information, discuss issues, explain guidelines/instructions; instruct; and advise/counsel.
License/Certification:
  • First Aid Certification (Preferred)
  • CPR Certification (Preferred)
