A Teacher Assistant assists classroom teachers by providing extra individual attention and instruction to students. Helps teachers with recordkeeping, preparation for lessons and activities and supervising students. May work with special education students, or work in a school library or computer lab; may be called teacher aide or paraprofessional.

Job Description
The right candidate will have a passion for children, the ability to exercise flexibility, and capable of exhibiting patience in high stress situations. Teachers are responsible for creating a safe space for children to learn, grow, create, and play. Reliability is a must! The position will also require light housekeeping duties, diaper changing/potty training, and following a structured schedule. Candidate must submit to fingerprints/background checks and drug testing Education in child development is a plus •Currently offering a small sign-on bonus for new hires as well as a buddy referral bonus
