The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childhood development and a commitment to educating children through engaging lesson plans and activities. This role involves working with toddlers and preschool-aged children, focusing on their social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development. Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and discovery. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to support each child's individual needs. Monitor and assess children's progress in various areas of development, including early intervention strategies when necessary. Foster positive relationships with students to encourage their social skills and emotional well-being. Provide care for toddlers, ensuring their safety and comfort while promoting independence. Collaborate with other educators to share best practices in early childhood education. Maintain a clean and organized classroom that reflects the values of our private school. Qualifications Experience in childcare or preschool settings is highly desirable. Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and staff. Ability to create engaging lesson plans that align with educational standards.
