Multiple openings are available, giving you the opportunity to match your expertise and interests with the age group that suits you best. Whether you enjoy the vibrant curiosity of elementary learners or the dynamic environment of high school, you'll play a significant role in students' growth and daily success. In this role, you'll work daytime hours—32.5 hours per week for elementary assignments or 37.5 hours per week for high school positions—on a consistent schedule. Your primary responsibilities will focus on providing instructional support and fostering an inclusive learning atmosphere. Your abilities to assist in reading, writing, mathematics, and reading readiness will be highly valued, along with your sensitivity to the unique needs of English Language Learners. What we're looking for: Previous experience or strong interest in working with students in educational settings Solid understanding of instructional support in reading, writing, and mathematics Familiarity with reading readiness strategies for early learners Compassion, patience, and enthusiasm for supporting diverse learners Awareness and sensitivity to the needs of English Language Learners Flexibility to work elementary or high school hours as needed What you'll do: Provide hands-on instructional support to individual students and small groups Collaborate closely with teachers and specialists to create a nurturing environment Adapt to classroom needs and help maintain a positive atmosphere Support academic, social, and emotional growth for all students Make a genuine difference in the classroom every day.
