What You'll Bring:
Experience as a Paraprofessional in school settings Ability to assist in instructing reading, writing, and mathematics, or reading readiness for earlier grade levels Sensitivity and understanding of the needs of English Language Learners Strong communication and collaboration skills Adaptability to elementary or high school environments
Key Responsibilities:
Support teachers in delivering instructional activities in reading, writing, math, and other subjects Reinforce lessons and help students stay engaged and focused Provide tailored assistance to learners with varying abilities, including those mastering English Maintain a supportive environment, encouraging participation and confidence in all students Offer feedback and input to teachers regarding student progress and classroom needs
Your Schedule:
Elementary:
32.5 hours per week
High School:
