Schedule:

Monday-Friday, approximately 20-25 hours per week Building Blocks Childcare LLC is looking for a dependable, caring, and energetic Part-Time Childcare Teacher to join our team. Responsibilities Provide a safe, nurturing, and positive environment for children Supervise children during classroom activities, meals, nap time, outdoor play, and transitions Assist with educational and age-appropriate activities Maintain a clean and organized classroom Follow childcare licensing, safety, and sanitation procedures Communicate professionally with parents and other staff Complete required daily documentation Assist with transportation of children to and from school and other approved activities as needed Follow all transportation and child passenger safety procedures Be dependable and arrive on time for scheduled shifts Requirements Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent Must be able to pass required background checks and fingerprinting Physical/TB documentation as required CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain Must complete required i-LEAD childcare trainings Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Reliable transportation to and from work Must be comfortable transporting children in a childcare vehicle when scheduled Childcare experience preferred Must be dependable and flexible with scheduling Must be available to work until 6:00 PM when scheduled What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with young children, is a safe and responsible driver, works well as part of a team, communicates effectively, and understands the importance of reliability in a childcare setting.
